When should I book my destination wedding date?
R: Puerto Vallarta weddings should be booked as soon as you are ready. We only do one wedding per day and most weddings are done on Fridays and Saturdays.
Do you have a package that includes airfare?
R: We do not have any packages that include airfare, however, please note wedding packages have to be booked directly with us with a personalized link we prepare for your event. Airfare can be purchased separately on your airline of choice.
When should my guests start booking their rooms?
R: Guests should book their rooms at least 2 – 3 months before the event. Usually guests book their rooms right after they have secured air tickets. To get the best air tickets they must book in advance.
How long can the event lastr?
R: The maximum end time permitted for events is 1:00 AM.
What if it rains?
R: Please take into consideration that the rainy season begins in June and ends in October; August and September are the months with the most rain accumulation. However, we do have many weddings during this season under our Palapa roof. It has a beautiful ocean view and it is featured on our wedding video take a look!
Can you help us with music, photo packages and fireworks?
R: Yes we can help with all the details. Anything you need we will take care of in house or by contracting out any other services you require.
Is the wedding planner included?
R: Yes a wedding planner is included! Our wedding planner becomes your main contact as soon as you book your wedding date.
