CV RESORTS, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., and/or PLAYASOL MEX CONSTRUCCIONES, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), operating under the trade name COSTA SUR RESORT CLASICO COLLECTION BY SONESTA and located at Carretera Puerto Vallarta a Barra de Navidad Km 4.5-A, Zona Hotelera Sur, in the city of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to such data, and its protection.

This notice is intended to ensure the privacy of the data provided by users of the services offered by Hotel COSTA SUR RESORT CLASICO COLLECTION BY SONESTA.

Under Article 22 of the Law, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent you may have given for such purposes, through the procedures we have established ("ARCO" rights). To exercise your ARCO rights, you must submit your request via email or directly at any of our branches or through our Member Services Department, who will inform you of the steps to follow to exercise your rights.

Once your request for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection concerning your personal data has been submitted and deemed valid, the Company will respond within 20 days, using the physical or electronic means you authorize in your request.

Transfer of Personal Data

We also inform you that your personal data may be used by the Company and/or companies belonging to CV Resorts, Playasol Mex Construcciones, and/or Costa Sur Resort Clasico Collection by Sonesta, solely for promotional, marketing, and statistical purposes.
